Terms & Conditions

The total retreat price is $2,850 per person for a shared room or $3,550 per person for a private room with single occupancy. All prices are in USD. Your booking applies to the retreat dates, room type, and occupancy selected at checkout.

A $500 deposit per person is required to secure your reservation and is applied toward the total retreat price.

Your deposit secures your spot exclusively for the retreat dates selected at checkout. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be moved or applied to another retreat or set of dates, including other dates within the same calendar year. The remaining balance is refundable if you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat begins; cancellations within 90 days are non-refundable. This policy is subject to the Organizer Cancellation section below and applicable law.

Your reservation is secured once the deposit is successfully received. You will receive an email within 24 hours with next steps and payment details. The remaining balance will be split into installments leading up to the retreat. You are responsible for completing payments by the agreed deadlines. If a payment remains overdue after written notice and an opportunity to resolve it, the Organizer may cancel your reservation, release your spot, and retain payments already made, to the extent permitted by law.

If you cancel more than 90 days before the retreat begins, the amount you have paid beyond your $500 deposit will be refunded; the deposit itself is never refunded. Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat are non-refundable, and any balance already paid is retained. These rules apply whatever the reason for cancelling, including illness, injury, personal or family circumstances, scheduling conflicts, denied entry, missing travel documents, and travel delays or cancellations. No refunds are provided for late arrivals, early departures, or unused accommodations, meals, transportation, or activities.

All bookings are for the specific retreat dates selected at checkout. Guests cannot switch dates, postpone their reservation, transfer their booking to another person, or apply payments as credit toward a different retreat, whether within the same year or a future year.

If you can no longer attend your selected dates, your booking will be treated as a cancellation under this policy. Attending a different retreat requires a separate booking and a new deposit; payments from your original booking will not carry over.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Room-type changes require the Organizer’s written approval and do not permit a change of retreat dates.

Your booking reserves only the room category and occupancy selected. Shared-room bookings reserve one guest’s space in a shared room, not exclusive use of the room. Private-room bookings are for single occupancy unless expressly stated otherwise. Specific rooms, beds, and roommate requests are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

Guests are responsible for arranging their flights, valid passports, visas, entry requirements, and any transportation not expressly included in the retreat package. Included transfers operate according to the communicated schedule; additional transportation required because of missed transfers is the guest’s responsibility.

Comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and emergency evacuation is strongly recommended. Guests are responsible for reviewing their policy’s coverage and exclusions.

Participation in Pilates and other activities is voluntary. Guests are responsible for assessing their fitness to participate, obtaining medical advice when appropriate, following safety instructions, and stopping any activity that causes discomfort. Guests acknowledge that physical activities and travel involve inherent risks.

Relevant injuries, health conditions, allergies, and medically necessary dietary restrictions must be communicated before arrival. Accommodation of these needs must be confirmed with the Organizer; an allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed. Meals follow a planned group menu. Personal food preferences, dislikes, and individual substitutions cannot be accommodated.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for negligence or other conduct where that liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

The Organizer may make reasonable changes to the itinerary, activities, instructors, or accommodations because of weather, safety, availability, or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Accommodation substitutions will be of a reasonably comparable standard.

If the Organizer cancels the retreat before it begins, payments received for that retreat, including the deposit, will be refunded. If an alternative date or credit is offered because of the Organizer’s cancellation, accepting it is entirely optional for the guest. This does not permit guest-requested date changes or transfers.

Independently booked flights, insurance, and other outside expenses will not be reimbursed, except where required by law. Material changes or interruptions will be addressed in accordance with applicable law.

Guests must follow reasonable safety instructions, property rules, and respectful conduct standards. Serious or repeated unsafe, unlawful, or abusive behavior may result in removal from the retreat. Refund eligibility will be determined under applicable law. Guests are responsible for damage they cause and for safeguarding their personal belongings.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these terms, including the payment and cancellation policies. You understand that your deposit and subsequent payments apply only to the retreat dates selected at checkout and cannot be transferred to other dates, except as provided in the Organizer Cancellation section or required by law.

Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
