Every meal — long, unhurried, made from what the market held that morning.
III
Slow mornings, unhurried movement, evenings that end by candlelight.
IV
A morning devotional and daily practice in the art of slowing down.
V
Curated excursions — a pasta-making class, a nearby hilltop town, a garden visit, and time to wander.
Flights, travel insurance, and personal purchases are not included. Group airport transfers are included.
The schedule
Settle in, unpack slowly, and meet the women you'll share the week with.
A welcome supper at the long table — candlelight, introductions, and the first of many slow meals.
Coffee, light breakfast, and a mat pilates class to ease into the day.
A workshop on the art of slowing down, followed by lunch and free time by the pool.
A devotional gathering and dinner under the stars.
Devotional, movement, and a long breakfast.
A workshop on presence and intention — honest conversation, personal reflection.
A relaxed neighbourhood dinner or a quiet night in.
Slow breakfast and a short devotional.
A wandering — a nearby town, a garden visit, or a pasta-making class.
Return for a seasonal supper and candlelight.
Final devotional and closing workshop.
Time to pack, journal, or take one last walk.
The final supper — the one you'll remember.
Slow coffee under the pergola, farewells, and a peaceful send-off.
